To solve this problem chemistry department of the university worked upon it and suggested latest techniques on dyeing while using super critical carbon dioxide (co2) in critical conditions. Currently, the department of chemistry with its students is working on the various applications of advanced oxidation methods to resolve textile effluent problem.

In pursuit of the industry- academia meet, the chemistry department visited two industries for identifying the root cause of their issues:September 2014

The academicians suggested that Geo-informatics is a rapidly expanding field which finds its application in various sectors and offers excellent career avenues with immense potential.

Field survey conducted by geo-informatics students

Students of m.sc. Geo-informatics ii year went to chittorgarh for gps field survey and ground truth verification from satellite images.
“Gps changes the way we view the earth. This survey acquainted us with global positioning units that determine locations, altitude and verifying an address”.
Sandeep Tiwarde, Geo-Informatics. I year
