About School of Basic and Applied Science

Sangam University's School of Basic and Applied Science aims to provide students with scientific knowledge, talent, and ability, encouraging them to think creatively, empowering them to act autonomously, and making sound decisions in all of their scientific endeavors and other activities. The curriculum is designed to provide fundamental education so that students can appreciate the finer points of everyday problems and seek to address them in a real-life situation.

The School of Basic Sciences was founded in 2012 to provide graduate, postgraduate, and research level courses in the basic sciences. Its diverse departments, notably Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geo informatics, Biosciences, are well prepared to carry out both teaching and research activities. The faculty takes pride in educating highly skilled professionals that thrive at problem solving.

Our industry-focused curriculum strives to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Our teaching and research efforts are aided by our state-of-the-art infrastructure and skilled and highly competent teaching faculty members who give students with hands-on practical experience.

Every student is guided by a faculty member in the School's unique mentor-mentee system. Teachers are committed to their goal and work diligently to ensure core skills so that students can pursue careers in disciplines such as teaching, government service, private service, administration, and so on.

Programme Objective

The School of Basic and Applied Sciences seeks to provide students with the expertise, training, and experience necessary to succeed in scientific vocations and to enhance learning and innovation in the area.

This course's goals are to provide students a solid foundation in the fundamental sciences and to foster in them the ability to think critically and solve problems. It seeks to equip students for a variety of occupations in science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) industries and other relevant fields such as healthcare, environmental science, and data analysis.
