About the School: The School of Education (SOE) at Sangam University came into existence in 2024 initially as the Teacher's Training College. Primarily it was germinated under the umbrella of the School of Arts and Humanities (SOAH). School is committed to improve the quality of Teacher Education and in preparing competent Teachers to build a strong nation. The thrust of the School is on the overall personality development of trainee teachers and to equip them with techno pedagogical and content competencies to cater the needs of Education System.
The School seeks to continue as a leader in interdisciplinary enquiries which enable them to face the global and national challenges that shape the personality of student teachers. The well-defined motive of School of Education is serving the society by contributing in the area of Teacher Education. It intends to emerge as a leading institution, engaged in both conceptual and field relevant teaching to achieve meaningful breakthroughs in methodological dimensions. Besides well qualified and committed faculty, lectures by eminent scholars are arranged for the benefit of both students and teachers. Collaborations with top National and International institutions are also the hallmark of the school. National & International Conferences, Seminars, Symposia, Panel Discussions and Workshops are regular features of the School of Education.
Pedagogy of this School, has established it as a premier School of Pedagogical Studies and Research. It is also known as the first institution in Rajasthan to introduce MA in Educational Technology through content analysis, concept mapping, use of Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Constructivist Approach. The teaching methodology for the courses offered at the School comprises the course outcomes, instructional objectives, classroom transactional techniques, assessment and evaluation of learning and teaching.
