Fulfilling our vision to contribute to nation building by giving opportunities to the aspirations of youth, Sangam University has formalized the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Skill Development (CESD) The aim of the centre is to focus on Research, Innovation, Skilling an Entrepreneurship of the "RISE" model.
The centre has taken up projects to facilitate the skilling of every section of society including students, blue collar-white collar workforce and professionals. CESD serve the youth in nurturing their knowledge, skills with a mindset to promote entrepreneurial acumen.

The centre is enabling the entrepreneurial ecosystem by networking of entrepreneurs, institutions, start-up facilitators and financial institutions.
The CESD is working on following objectives-
To generate awareness among students regarding entrepreneurship
To develop mentoring base and entrepreneurial ecosystem of alumni
To create an incubator for entrepreneurship
To sensitize faculties and students regarding importance of skilling
To provide short term and micro credit certifications
Establishing skill development centre for youth and corporate
To become a centre of excellence in zone for skill development and entrepreneurship
To encourage and guide self employed and freelancing professionals
