Sangam university organized a one day workshop on “JAVA and it’s statistical approach” on 02 February, 2020 from the department of Computer Science & Engineering, The workshop started with a brief and motivational talk by Dr. Harish Patidar, Associate Professor, emphasizing need and importance of coding. The objective of this workshop was to prepare the final year students for the upcoming placement drives. This workshop mainly focuses on the students eager to learn Java from Basic. Java is one of the world’s most important and widely used computer languages, and it has held this distinction for many years. Unlike some other computer languages whose influence has weared with passage of time, while Java’s has grown. In this workshop students learn Introduction and History of JAVA, Program Writing, Compilation and Execution, JAVA as OOPs, Object and Class, Members Inheritance and its types, Polymorphism, Abstraction and Interface, Execution Handling, Applet, Servlet, AWT, Swing, Database Handling. All the faculties of computer science were present in this workshop and this workshop coordinate by Mr.Kuntal Barua, Assistant professor, CSE.

Site visit by B. Tech. civil

Department of #civil engineering organized a #site visit to #highway project at NH79 in bhilwara for B. Tech. 2nd and 3rd year students. The aim of this site visit was to understand mix design, foundation design, bar bending sheudual, ductile detailing, PQC, dry lean concrete, highway and structure reinforcement details through design plan was explained by hemant nagar and jatin verma.
