Kala Sanwad 3.0 provided a dynamic platform for students to exhibit their creative and intellectual abilities. The event emphasized the importance of art, culture, and debate among school students, promoting learning through co-curricular activities.


Event Objective:

The purpose of Kala Sanwad 3.0 was to offer students an opportunity to showcase their talents while fostering art and culture. It encouraged intellectual growth and creative expression through engaging activities and competitions.

Kala Sanwad 3.0 featured two main categories:

  • Kalakriti: Focused on artistic creativity through handmade sketches, face painting, and innovative crafts.
  • Amrit Manthan: Encouraged intellectual engagement through debates and essay writing in English and Hindi.
Over 200 students from 15+ schools participated, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The event concluded with an award ceremony recognizing outstanding participants with cash prizes and certificates.

  • Keynote Addresses:
    • Insights on co-curricular opportunities by Prof. Dr. Rajeev Mehta (Registrar)
    • Encouragement speech by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Karunesh Saxena
  • Activities:
    • Kalakriti Events: Handmade Sketch, Face Painting, Jewellery Exhibition, etc.
    • Amrit Manthan Events: Debate (English & Hindi), Essay Writing (English & Hindi)

Key Outcomes:

  • The Overall Running Trophy was awarded to Sophia School for their stellar performances.
  • Cash prizes ranged from ₹1100 to ₹5000 for category winners.

Kala Sanwad 3.0 was a resounding success, achieving its goal of fostering creativity and intellectual exchange among students. The seamless organization and enriching experience were highly appreciated by all attendees.
Dr. Amit Jain (Marketing Deputy Director) announced the next event, Jugaad Mela, scheduled for January 17, 2025, focusing on innovation and practical problem-solving among students.
