The session was coordinated by Dr. Sonu Choudhary, Asst. Dean – SOMS. It was a very fruitful session for all the management students. Mystery shopping is all about a method used by marketing research companies and organizations that wish to measure quality of sales and service, job performance, regulatory compliance, or to gather specific information about a market or competitors, including products and services. It was well explained by Mr. Saurabh Bhatia. The students had participated well with interest and lots of queries.
