Orientation Programme

An eventful Orientation Programme was organised from 8th August to 11th August, 2019 to groom the students for challenging academic assignments and orient themwith the nuances of modern corporate world. Aseries of lectures were delivered to students giving them glimpsesof the challenging areas of management and how students should focus onlearning skills so that they can make a successful beginning in today’s highlycompetitive and ever-changing world of business.The Induction Programme began with the welcome address. The students were welcomed to the SOMS family and familiarized them with the infrastructure, the facultyand the pedagogy adopted for making them successful managersfor tomorrow. They also talked about the theory and practice being seamlesslywoven together for overall personality development of the budding managers.
